DASH Archives

The Computer Arts Society (CAS) is pleased to announce that the DASH Email List, which existed from September 2004 to February 2023 on the JISCMail listserv, has been preserved on our website.

Originally CAS set up two complementary lists: the CAS Email List was intended for posts concerning contemporary practice as well as official society announcements, and; the DASH Email List was for posts focussing on material of historical interest.

By 2023 it was clear that we no longer needed two lists, therefore the CAS committee decided to combine the two and close down DASH. There is a great deal of useful research material within DASH and we are grateful to JISC for enabling us to create this permanent archive. Please note, there may be some formatting errors due to the historic nature of the content.

The CAS Email List remains open for new subscriptions.
