Sue Gollifer Retrospective

An exhibition catalogue will be available at the launch event on the 10th December 2024 at BCS Moorgate, London

Sue Gollifer (b. 1944) is a pioneer of early computer art and a printmaker who has explored the relationship between technology and the arts throughout her extensive artistic career.

Her work has been featured in numerous major exhibitions, including a one-person show at the Serpentine Gallery in London in 1972, and is held in both national and international public and private collections such as the Victoria & Albert Museum (UK), the Towner Art Gallery (UK), the Museum of Kharkiv (Ukraine), and the British Council Collection (UK).

As a curator, organiser, writer, and board member, she has had a huge impact in driving the field forward and creating opportunities for other artists around the world. She has worked extensively with organisations such as SIGGRAPH, ISEA International, and the Computer Arts Society.

An exhibition of 20 prints at BCS Moorgate runs until 10th December 2024 when it will be replaced by an exhibition of the original framed images throughout the BCS Moorgate offices until May 2024. See our website for details of the exhibition launch event.
